Mountain View Aquatic Center (MVAC) - Tryout Form

In order to be placed in our LAPS program, a swimmer must legally swim one lap of Freestyle, Backstroke, and 1 minute of treading water.
In order to be placed in our year-round competitive program, a swimmer must legally swim all 4 strokes and have a foundation of endurance and drive for swimming competitively.
